The San Agustin Center of Studies-Saint Thomas of Villanova Hall Community (SACS-STVH) gladly welcomed the four new aspirants, namely, Rejemel M. Abella (19) from Cebu City, Cebu; Gabriel Niño A. Barrido (18) from Poblacion Castilla, Sorsogon; Robert C. Cabardo (21) from Montebello Kananga, Leyte; Christian Lendelud L. Delcampo (18) from Compostela, Davao de Oro.
Aspirants Abella, Cabardo, and Delcampo arrived to the Community last July 21, 2021, whereas Aspirant Barrido came last September 3, 2021 due to COVID restrictions in Metro Manila. All of them underwent a 14-day room isolation as part of the Community’s protocols against COVID-19.
Rev. Fr. Rommel G. Bongcac, OSA, the Master of the College Seminarians, was in great joy knowing that in spite of this current pandemic, the new aspirants still reported to the community in order to begin their journey as young aspiring Augustinians.
The new aspirants were already enrolled to Saint Thomas of Villanova Institute (STVI), the philosophical institute of the Augustinian Province of Santo Niño de Cebu-Philippines, for their four-year philosophical studies. (SACS)
