OUR GOALS

PADO Core Values: “ASIN”

divider

PADO is guided by the following principles anchored on the overall three lasting Augustinian Core Values of: Interiority, Community Life and Service. However, PADO as the technical support arm of the Provincial in resource generation, stewardship and technical capability, it will have the organization’s core values based on

Accountability

We hold to high standards of our actions and quality of our service and support. We take responsibility for our actions. (Galatians 6:4) Thus, we adhere to Provincial mandates and policies, our mother organization, take responsibility for our shortcomings and failures, practice good stewardship of our resources and assure project completion for every project implemented.

Service

By following the example of Jesus, we seek to serve others with humility. We serve our communities and mission areas to the best of our ability (John 13: 14-17; Matthew 20: 27-28). We use our skills and resources to make a difference and impact in those who need it most. We believe we are part of the community in which we work and therefore have the responsibility to give back to that community and to take the time and energy to give to those who need it.

Integrity

We maintain high ethical and moral standards in our programs and in personal and professional conduct. We function and operate with honesty, knowing that ultimately God is in control of everything. Thus, whatever we do reflects what God wills. (Titus 2: 7-8; Romans 12:9). Without integrity, we will not have the impact that we desire.
